Executive Coaching
Creating the clarity and capacity to lead through complexity.
Leadership brings challenges that rarely have straightforward answers. Greater responsibility, changing circumstances, and complex relationships demand more than technical expertise. They require perspective, self-awareness, and the ability to see situations clearly and decide how to move forward.
My coaching work helps individuals, teams, and groups develop that capacity. Through thoughtful inquiry and candid conversation, we look beyond immediate challenges to understand the patterns, assumptions, and dynamics shaping what is happening. The work is practical, personal, and grounded in the realities of leadership and organisational life.
One-to-One Coaching
A confidential space to think clearly and move forward.
Individual coaching provides the space to step back from the demands of leadership and examine the questions that matter. Whether navigating a transition, taking on greater responsibility, working through a difficult relationship, or reconsidering what comes next, the work helps you gain perspective, recognise what may be getting in the way, and make thoughtful decisions aligned with your priorities.
Group Coaching
Learning through shared experience and perspective.
Group coaching brings people together to explore common challenges, learn from one another, and develop new ways of thinking and working. Through facilitated inquiry and structured conversation, participants gain perspectives they might not encounter working alone. It is particularly valuable for leaders navigating similar transitions or responsibilities who want to deepen their understanding, broaden their thinking, and learn alongside their peers.
Team Development
Building the understanding and trust that make teams work.
Teams can have capable people and clear objectives yet still struggle with communication, competing priorities, or unspoken tensions. Team development creates an opportunity to understand how people work together, address the dynamics affecting performance, and establish a clearer sense of shared purpose and responsibility. The aim is to help teams work through differences, make better decisions, and function more effectively together.
Advisory
A trusted thinking partner for consequential decisions.
There are times when the questions facing a leader or organisation extend beyond a single discipline or an immediate business problem. The circumstances may be uncertain, the stakes significant, or the personal and professional dimensions difficult to separate.
My advisory work brings together strategic perspective, business experience, and human insight. I work alongside clients to examine the situation, test assumptions, explore possibilities, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next. The emphasis is on sound judgement and practical progress, with advice shaped around the circumstances rather than a predetermined formula.
Senior Leadership Advisory
Perspective and counsel when the decisions matter.
Senior leaders often need a confidential sounding board outside their immediate circle. I work with leaders facing consequential decisions, organisational change, complex relationships, or questions of direction and responsibility. Drawing on experience across business, finance, and organisational development, I offer an independent perspective and a place to think through the implications, consider alternatives, and determine a course of action.
Business Development & Innovation
Helping emerging ventures find direction and build momentum.
Early-stage ventures and innovative groups often have promising ideas but face difficult questions about positioning, priorities, partnerships, and how to turn opportunity into a viable enterprise. I work with founders and emerging teams to clarify their proposition, examine the business and organisational questions in front of them, and develop a more considered path forward. The work combines strategic thinking with practical business experience, helping people connect their ideas to the decisions, relationships, and capabilities required to bring them to life.
Facilitation
Creating the conditions for people to think well together.
Some conversations are too important to leave to chance. When decisions affect multiple stakeholders, perspectives differ, or the issues are difficult to raise, the way a conversation is structured can make a material difference to its outcome.
My facilitation work helps groups examine complex questions, work through competing perspectives, and reach a clearer understanding of what needs to happen next. I bring structure without prescribing the answers, making room for candid discussion while keeping the work focused on its purpose.
Board Effectiveness
Helping boards think, work, and decide together.
Effective boards need more than capable directors and sound governance structures. They need clarity of purpose, constructive challenge, open communication, and a shared understanding of their responsibilities. Through structured dialogue and team-based inquiry, I help boards examine how they work together, surface issues that may be affecting their effectiveness, and strengthen the quality of their discussions and decisions.
Group Coaching
Bringing people together around what matters most.
Strategic discussions can lose direction when priorities compete, assumptions go unexamined, or participants hold different views about the future. I design and facilitate strategy sessions that help groups step back, consider the wider picture, clarify their priorities, and work through the choices before them. The result is a more considered basis for decisions, with a clearer understanding of direction and the commitments needed to move forward.
High-Context Focus Groups
Understanding what people think, feel, and experience.
When an issue is complex or sensitive, conventional research methods may not reveal the full picture. High-context focus groups create a carefully structured setting in which participants can explore experiences, perceptions, and differences in perspective in greater depth. Drawing on my background in qualitative research and group facilitation, I help clients uncover the underlying themes, assumptions, and concerns that can inform strategy, organisational decisions, and future initiatives.
