I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), strategist, facilitator, and advisor. I work with senior leaders, leadership teams, boards, family enterprises, and individuals navigating growth, transition, and complexity.
I bring more than three decades of experience across business, finance, real estate, investment, research, communications, the arts, and organizational development. That breadth helps me get oriented quickly, see the bigger picture, and notice the relationships, patterns, and competing views that often sit beneath the presenting issue.
I combine coaching, strategic thinking, and facilitated dialogue to help people step back from the immediate problem, understand what's shaping it, and get clearer on what comes next. My approach is practical and deeply human, with a particular interest in the less visible dimensions of how people and organizations function.
A longstanding study of Jungian psychology and contemplative philosophy, including Jiddu Krishnamurti, Advaita Vedanta, and non-dual inquiry, also shapes my thinking about perception, identity, meaning, and change.
I take the work seriously without taking myself too seriously. I value candid conversation, curiosity, and the occasional bit of humour. Most of all, I try to create a space where people can think honestly, see things differently, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
