Group Coaching

Individual growth. Shared learning.

Group coaching brings together a small group of people who want to explore a shared theme, challenge, or stage of development — while working on their own individual goals.

Who’s it For?

  • Emerging and established leaders

  • Professionals navigating transition or change

  • People exploring purpose, direction, or reinvention

  • Peer groups with a shared professional or organizational context

  • Custom cohorts within organizations or professional communities

How does individual growth happen in a group?

Through guided conversation, reflection, and coaching, participants gain new perspectives on their own situation while learning from the experiences and insights of others.

The group itself becomes part of the learning. Hearing how others approach similar challenges can reveal new possibilities, challenge assumptions, and help participants see their own situation differently.

There is value not only in the coaching itself, but in the quality of the conversation and the perspectives around the table.

Each person brings their own questions and learning agenda.

Designed around the group

A format shaped by the purpose of the program and the people taking part.

Group coaching can be offered as a defined program, a series of sessions, or as part of a broader leadership or professional development initiative.

Sessions can be held in person or online. Group size, format, frequency, and length are shaped around the purpose of the program and the needs of the participants.

I can also work with organizations, professional associations, and other groups to design a custom coaching program around a particular leadership, development, or transition theme.

Custom programs are available. Please get in touch to discuss what might work for your group.
