Executive Coaching
Creating clarity for the decisions and challenges that matter most.
Executive, team and group coaching for leaders navigating transition, increased responsibility, organizational change, relationship dynamics, or consequential decisions.
The work looks beyond the immediate issue to explore the relationships, assumptions, patterns, and competing perspectives that may be shaping what is happening.
-
Deep, confidential one-to-one work with senior leaders and founders.
-
For leadership teams and cross-functional groups who want to collaborate better, think more clearly, and align around what matters most.
-
Curated experiences exploring leadership, transition, and reinvention.
02
Facilitation
Creating the conditions for people to think well together.
When the stakes are high, groups need more than an agenda. They need the conditions to speak candidly, surface what is often left unsaid, understand competing perspectives, and make thoughtful decisions together.
My facilitation draws on extensive experience working with complex stakeholder groups across business, government, politics, culture, and the private sector.
-
High-trust sessions for boards, executive teams, and working groups navigating strategy, complexity, or pivotal decisions.
-
Focused governance and direction-setting designed to surface what truly drives long-term impact.
-
Skilled qualitative elicitation and panel discussions with high-context populations where nuance, safety, and precision matter.

Advisory
A partner for complex decisions, transitions, and opportunities.
My advisory work is different from traditional consulting. Rather than handing over a report from the outside, I work alongside clients through the circumstances, opportunities, and situations that matter to them — bringing strategic perspective, business experience, creative thinking, and human insight to the work at hand.
At this level, the personal and professional often overlap. Relationships, family, identity, ambition — these can matter as much as the business decision itself. Nothing is off limits when it is relevant. The work is grounded in discretion, trust, and professional ethics.
The engagement is always shaped around the client. Sometimes that means strategic counsel. Sometimes it is a sounding board, a thought partner, or a facilitator. Often, it is some combination.
