For more than three decades, Ken Cappie has worked with people, businesses, and organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity — helping them make sense of difficult situations, see what may be getting in the way, and determine what comes next.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), strategist, facilitator, and advisor, he brings together executive coaching, strategic thinking, and broad business experience with a deep interest in the human side of how people lead, work, and make decisions.

My advisory work is deliberately different from traditional consulting. Rather than delivering a report from the outside looking in, I work alongside clients through difficult terrain — bringing strategic perspective, business acumen, creative thinking, and human insight to the situation at hand.
The engagement is always shaped around the client. Sometimes the need is strategic counsel; sometimes it is a sounding board, thought partner, facilitator, or trusted advisor. Often, it is a combination.
