Advisory
You are not alone. A trusted partner for complex decisions, transitions, and opportunities.
My advisory work is deliberately different from traditional consulting. Rather than delivering a report from the outside looking in, I work alongside clients through difficult situations — bringing strategic perspective, business experience, creative thinking, and human insight to the situation at hand.
At this level, the many situations often overlap. Business, relationships, family, identity, ambition, and other personal considerations can be just as important as the business itself. Nothing is off limits when it matters to the situation.
The engagement is shaped around the client. Sometimes the need is strategic counsel; sometimes it is a sounding board, thought partner, facilitator, or trusted advisor. Often, it is a combination.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), strategist, facilitator, and advisor, he brings together executive coaching, strategic thinking, and broad business experience with a deep interest in the human side of how people lead, work, and make decisions.
